What's the meeting point for the different activities?
Unless otherwise specified, the price for the activities includes being picked up by a private vehicle from any point in the Penedès. Normally we meet our clients at the train station in any of the larger towns (Vilafranca del P., Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sant Sadurní d’Anoia or Vendrell). Vilafranca, in the centre of the region, is 55 minutes by train from Barcelona city centre. If you're staying at a hotel or rural accommodation in the Penedès, we can pick you up there. At an additional cost, we can also pick you up from Barcelona or the airport.

Can a mixture of different activities be bought?
Yes. You can ask us for the combination of activities and services you're interested in and, within maximum 48 hours, we'll send you a quote.

What languages do you work in?
Both the guide service and the activities can be in Catalan, Spanish or English. At an additional cost, we can also include an interpreter for French, German or Russian.

How do the Cava Emotions multimedia GPS videoguides work?
For any of our experiences, we provide you with our Cava Emotions multimedia GPS videoguide with more than 10 routes and 300 places of interest. If you have a smartphone or tablet with the Android or iOS operating system, you can download and use the guide during your stay in the Penedès. If you don't have the right mobile device, we can hire you a tablet.

Which activities are suitable for children?
Most of the activities can be carried out with children although those closely related to the world of wine and gastronomy might not be particularly appealing to youngsters. There are other, more suitable activities, such as the panoramic tour "The Penedès Landscape" and especially "Penedès en famille".

Can I bring any animals?
Please consult us before bringing your pet. This depends on the activities and services requested and we'll let you know whether it's possible.

How can I pay?
30% of the total price is paid when making the reservation and the rest before the date of the activity. You can pay by bank transfer or via Pay Pal.

What happens if it rains? Might it be cancelled?
The conditions for changing and cancelling reservations at restaurants and accommodation are subject to the policies of each of these establishments and we'll let you know what they are when you make your reservation. For the rest of the activities, changes in dates can be made up to 48 hours in advance.
