Other activities for companies

A surprising landscape very close to Barcelona, the world of wine and cava, activities in the open air, Sitges and the Mediterranean, wineries, castles, gastronomy... A wide range of services and activities to ensure a truly different corporate event in a unique setting. Celebrations, conventions, team meetings, team building, product presentations, incentives... We take care of all the details so that you can concentrate on your business.

Make your own cava

Clients learn how to taste different cavas, choose the blend they prefer and then suit up and learn how to handle the machines used to disgorge the cava, seal the bottle with a cork, cap and muselet and then label their own cava, which they can take home with them as a souvenir. The bottle's label can be personalised.

Human castle display

The Castellers de Vilafranca, the most successful team of human castle builders, perform spectacularly wherever and whenever required. 30 members from the group can travel to any location and build castles up to 6 storeys high, with clients also taking part if they wish.

Routes on normal or electric bicycles

A fun way to enjoy a trip among the vines, on normal or electric bicycles, while one of our vine guides provides information, curious facts and anecdotes about the life cycle of the vines, wine production in the Penedès and its origins. Clients can choose the duration and level of difficulty.

Wine or cava tasting · Pairings

Tastings for both experts and beginners, for longer or shorter periods and with a list of wines or cavas tailored to suit each client; held at delightful venues by totally independent experts unrelated to any particular winery or restaurant. This activity combines perfectly with pairings of either traditional products from the Penedès or more universal products such as cheeses, pâtés or hams..

Winery visits

A list of more than 20 wineries with different attractions in terms of their products, landscape, architecture, history, etc. and our knowledge of and personal contact with each of them, advising clients on the venues that best suit their needs and preferences. All visits include a tasting of their wines and some can also be complemented by other activities at the same winery.

Wine routes

For those clients who've already visited a lot of wineries and wish to get to know our wines even better, we've drawn up an itinerary of three carefully selected cellars that hold a commented tasting of their best products accompanied by a small aperitif. The activity includes transport and optionally offers lunch at a restaurant of our choice or a visit to a superb specialist wine store in the Penedès.

Visit to a cooper's workshop

Attempting to assemble a wine cask and discovering the aromas it gives off as it comes out of the fire, which are then passed on to the wine, make this a truly original experience which is also combined with a wine tasting.

Panoramic route via 4x4 or quad bikes

Spectacular itinerary full of contrasts, both in terms of the landscape and also the driving experience: fording rivers and negotiating steep hills in the heart of the Penedès, completely surrounded by vines. Views of the mountain of Montserrat, the Penedès plain, the Mediterranean and sometimes even the snow-capped Pyrenees.

Traditional Catalan dances

A unique and spectacular performance of great quality. In the magical setting of a traditional Catalan farmhouse, a group of professional dancers accompanied by a live orchestra perform a range of both folk and aristocratic dances from Catalonia while also encouraging the audience to take part - the recipe for an unforgettable evening.

Dramatised route on the origins of cava

Set at the end of the 19th century, the eldest son of an important family in the town and his secretary accompany the group on a fascinating visit to Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, explaining first-hand the Modernisme fever of the time and how the crisis caused by the phylloxera plague led to the prosperous cava industry.

Adventure sports

Via ferrata and other climbs, canyoning, bridge bungee jumps, mountain biking and even an acrobatic circuit perfectly set up among the trees and rocks; always with expert instructors in each discipline and the utmost safety precautions.

Remarkable museums

A surprising visit to a chocolate factory, immersion in the family life of a traditional Catalan farmhouse, a lesson at Casa Bacardí on how to prepare the perfect mojito or reliving the bombing by enemy planes at a shelter from the Spanish Civil War are just some of the activities provided by the most remarkable museums in the Penedès.

Balloon flights

A spectacular aerial view of 30,000 hectares of wines dotted with traditional farmhouses, countless wineries and more than 65 castles and forts. A sea of vines nestling between the Mediterranean and the magical mountain of Montserrat.

    Motivation and team-building

"I didn't think we'd be able to build such a tall [human] castle. It was really exciting when my colleague, who was the "enxeneta", reached the top and raised his hand. I think that, for the first time, we all realised our potential as a high performance team."
(Xavier, after taking part in a "castellers" workshop)

    Motivating employees

"This year we couldn't offer any fantastic trips so we decided to look for something close to home but incredibly satisfying. A pleasant location, between the vineyards and the sea, with attentive, personalised service and truly original activities... And everyone was surprised to discover a Penedès they'd never imagined."
    (Helena, HR Director)

    Client loyalty

"It was a client we really had to cultivate. In only half a day, we organised a very special visit to a winery nestling in the middle of vineyards with lunch among the vines themselves. A truly exclusive service with excellent staff, which undoubtedly helped to create the climate we needed for such an operation."
    (Patrick, Sales Director)

"Getting away from the daily routine and taking training to a rural environment always provides us with good results. But, with Cava Emotions, we could integrate part of the training into the open air activities themselves and also achieve the session's goals - it was all great fun."
    (Nuria, Head of Training)
